I had dinner here last night with a very large party. The food was delicious, the server was attentive and I had a pretty good time after not eating here for years. The establishment could use some updating and refreshing.

Lunch portion is appropriate for lunch but price is on the high side. Chicken and shrimp hibachi - meat was a bit on the done side but overall flavor was good. Service was fine - sat in the bar area where the bartender managed all tables. Rather quiet and was able to have conversation without yelling or hearing others.

I eat at Kanki on a regular basis both lunch and dinner. Always to go. I always get the same thing. However last night the girl working must have been NEW or a scam artist and decided instead of charging me for the 1 side of veggies to charge me for 3 individual sides of extra veggies, an extra sauce and then still included the shrimp on top of my food which I hate and don’t not like on my food. I’ll not eat at this Kanki again and switch to the other. My usual nighttime receipt vs last nights An overcharge of 12.86 Wonder how many people are getting overcharged like this ????

The receptionist spoke with a thick accent that was hard to understand. We were seated within half an hour. We informed our server, Thomas, that we were there to celebrate a birthday. We requested black pepper but never received it. We also asked for sauce, which came after our meal, resulting in an additional charge of $0.50 on the bill. We wanted our sushi to arrive before the meal, but the waiter refused to put in the sushi order, stating he had to take the whole table's order first. When the sushi finally arrived, it was cold. I had to wait for the sauce, which, when it finally came, ruined the entire sushi experience. Thomas never refilled our drinks, and they didn’t acknowledge the birthday at all. The overall service was discourteous. The chef appeared to be experiencing some personal issues or illness, as he seemed very sad and did not provide a good show. The overall experience was terrible. We spoke to the manager, who refunded us for the sushi. Given that our dining experience cost over $100, I would not recommend this restaurant. It's overrated, understaffed, and the bathrooms were filthy. Thomas, our waiter, was horrible.

This was my first time here at this establishment. The atmosphere was great. The food was absolutely delicious. Our chef was very nice and accommodating. The server was also very nice and respectful. It took awhile for the chef to come out and prepare and cook our food. They have plenty of places to park. The prices are decent for the amount of food you get. I will definitely be back. I enjoyed the food and the conversations with loved ones.
